Below is a detailed introduction to our glove manufacturing process, designed to meet the stringent requirements of global B2B partners.
1. Mold Cleaning
We thoroughly clean ceramic glove molds with purified water to remove any dust or residues, ensuring a pristine surface for subsequent processing.
2.Calcium Solution Dipping
The cleaned molds are dipped in a calcium chloride solution with isolators and surfactants. This ensures even calcium ion distribution on the mold, improving latex adhesion and allowing precise control over glove thickness.
Calcium concentration can be adjusted to meet specific thickness needs from clients or brands.
3. Drying
The molds coated with calcium solution are placed in a drying oven to remove free moisture, ensuring an even subsequent latex coating.
4. First Latex Dipping
Dry molds are dipped in a specially formulated natural latex compound, ensuring an even rubber layer covers the entire mold.
Our Formula Includes: Natural latex, sulfur (70%), age-resistor (0.5%), accelerator BZ (0.5%), and water, resulting in superior glove flexibility and mechanical strength.
5. Intermediate Drying
After the first latex dip, molds are dried again in the oven. This step solidifies the initial latex layer and prevents double-layer defects in the finished gloves.
6. Second Latex Dipping (Optional, For Premium Lines)
For products demanding exceptionally smooth or thick coatings, the dried molds undergo a second dip in latex. This ensures uniformity and fills any minor surface irregularities, further improving barrier and comfort properties.
7. Cuff Beading
Automated beading machines roll the cuffs on the freshly-latex-coated gloves. This creates a reinforced edge that prevents tearing and facilitates easy donning, which is critical for both household and industrial applications.
8. Final Drying
The beaded gloves are thoroughly dried, fully removing surface moisture and enhancing physical performance.
9. Leaching (Hot Water Washing)
Dried gloves are soaked in hot water (40°C–70°C). This step expands the rubber’s molecular gaps, effectively removing soluble contaminants and reducing harmful substances to ensure exceptional glove purity.
10. Vulcanization (Dry Curing)
We cure the gloves in an oven, which strengthens the chemical bonds within the rubber. This ensures maximum elongation and tensile strength for industrial-grade protection.
11. Cooling (Water Rinse)
Vulcanized gloves are cooled in water (10°C–30°C) to stabilize structure and prevent surface defects. By keeping the latex at optimal temperatures, we deliver a smooth and reliable product every time.
12. Demolding
Once cooled, gloves are smoothly stripped from the ceramic molds using automated equipment, minimizing labor and ensuring shape consistency.
13. Post-Curing Wash & Hot-Air Drying
Gloves undergo a secondary hot-water washing (thermal vulcanization) to further eliminate residues, followed by hot-air drying to achieve stable moisture content before packaging.
14. Manual Inspection
A dedicated team inspects each batch, removing any defective or substandard gloves to ensure a high acceptance rate for every shipment.
15. Customized Packaging & Warehousing
Fully-qualified gloves are packaged according to client branding and packaging design requirements (OEM/ODM).
