We are rubber glove factory. Our rubber glove factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province,and Hezhou City, Guangxi Province.

Our glove company is found in 2002, and started to export rubber glove to worldwide since 2013, totally more than 20 years.

Totally more than 300 workers in the 3 factories.
We have 4 production lines in our Foshan factory, and 5 production lines in Guangxi factory. Foshan factory produce 300,000 pairs each day, and Guangxi factory can produce more than 400,000 pairs every day. High speed production line can produce more than 100,000 pairs per day.

East Asia, Southeast Asia, South America. We have cooperation with Ikea global, Yunlei in China, Lotto in Korea, etc. For more customers information, we have to keep secret.

Usually one color is 80,000 pairs, for some products we have orders, you can order less such as 5000 pairs as MOQ.

Usually we accept T/T, 30% deposit in advance, the balance after the B/L copy. Or L/C at sight, or D/P at sight depends on the customer’s credit record. 

RMB sent from customer’s company account to our company account is acceptable. RMB paid to personal account is not acceptable.

The first order is around 45days, and the repeated order depend on your quantity, from 30-50days.

If we already have the samples, we can offer free samples, however, if need to make new samples, usually for one type we will charge 500RMB, because making samples takes a lot of human work, usually it takes one week to finish.

Yes, we can customized your color, weight, thickness, and package, and print LOGO on glove, we do a lot of OEM orders. 
As for the mould, usually we recommend you choose our ready texture models. Because the cost of making a new set of mould is very high. It’s more than USD 30,000.

Yes, we have 6 level quality control and do 100% QC inspection before shipping.

Yes. We have for some of the products, such as KFDA, JFDA CE test,our factory has ISO 14001 and BSCI certificate.

1 pair/ polybag, (12 pairs/big transparent bag) and 120 / 240 pairs/carton.

We will be act promptly for our customers feedback or request, if there is any problems, we will try our best to help you to solve it and give solution as soon as possible.

Yes, But for special color, we have larger MOQ requirement.
And our nitrile glove common color is green and white, If you need other color, MOQ is 120,000pairs.

Yes, we can offer different weight of glove according to your requirement. And make different size, for example nitrile glove we can offer size 7,8,9,10,11.

Yes, 10000pcs is acceptable. For first order, there will be polybag model fees. Usually, one color is around USD60, It is up to your design. And will be only charged for the first order.

If the models are same as our moulds, we can do it, but if the models are different, the customer should pay the moulds charges, whatever, the moulds charges for one production line is around USD 20000, so we will recommend customers to accept our current moulds.

When making samples, the pigment percentage is not easy to control, because we only use a few kg of latex raw material, add very little pigments. However, when we make batch orders, the pigments are put into 1MT of latex raw materials, so there will be some differences.

When we receive your order, we need to confirm the design with you, then arrange to make the printing plate which usually takes around 7-10 days, and then printing poly-bags takes around 10-15 days, gloves production takes 3-7 days, packing 7-10 days. And during these procedures, you might need amendments, so the first order takes longer time.

And also because we have a lot of orders are in the queue, we also can not delay other customer’s delivery date.

Our MOQ for one color is 80,000 pairs, so for one 40HQ, you can choose at most 3 different colors. So, 20ft container usually you can only choose one color.
