1. Can I customize the gloves?
Yes, we can customize the color, weight, thickness, and packaging of the gloves according to your requirements. However, we usually use our existing texture models for the gloves due to high mold costs.
2. Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer samples. If we have extra stock, we can send it immediately. For customized samples, there is a charge of RMB 500, which will be refunded when you place an order. Shipping costs are covered within China, but international customers need to bear the freight cost.
3. Can I print my logo on the gloves?
Yes, we can print your logo on the gloves. There is an additional charge of USD 0.03 per pair for the logo printing.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For regular products, the MOQ is typically 6,000 pairs. For a single color, the MOQ per 40HQ container is 80,000 pairs.
5. How long is the production lead time?
For the first order, it typically takes about 45 days. Repeated orders may take between 30-50 days, depending on the order quantity.
6. Can I visit your factory?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory! It is about one hour’s drive from our office in Guangzhou.
7. What’s your payment term?
We typically require a 30% deposit in advance, with the balance paid after the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. We also accept L/C at sight or D/P at sight, depending on the customer’s credit history.
8. Do you accept small orders?
Yes, for certain regular products, we can accept orders with a minimum quantity of 6,000 pairs.
